This article is part of a wider symposium which aims to present what has been developed by the Junior Practices in Reflection Committee of the French Speaking Ergonomics Society (SELF) in terms of exchange on practice. It is the first communication of a symposium and focuses more specifically on the genesis of the Committee. We will first develop the needs that led to its emergence, then the conceptual anchoring, particularly the use of the storytelling that is mobilized. Finally, the various actions that have been implemented since its creation will be developed.

Cette communication s’inscrit dans le cadre plus large d’un symposium dont l'objectif est de présenter ce qui a été développé par la Commission Jeunes Pratiques en Réflexion de la SELF en termes d’échanges sur la pratique. Cette première communication revient plus spécifiquement sur la genèse de la Commission. Il s’agira dans un premier temps de développer les besoins qui ont conduit à son émergence, pour ensuite approfondir l’ancrage conceptuel, et notamment l’usage du récit. Enfin, seront développées les différentes actions qui ont été mises en œuvre depuis sa création
