VEILLE SUR LES RESSOURCES HUMAINES : QUEL ENJEU POUR L'INNOVATION D'UNE ORGANISATION – CAS D'UNE ENTREPRISE ARMENIENNE

Abstract : This paper presents a longitudinal case study on human resources scanning in the context of an Armenian company. The question is: to what extent can strategic scanning have a positive effect on the performance of individuals and stimulate innovation for the company by employees? This research, which occurs in a context with a low level of social protection and a complex economic situation, provides an original and complementary lightning on previous studies.
