L'importance de l'intégration des TICE dans la formation des formateurs : facteurs d'autonomie, d'efficacité et d'auto-apprentissage

Abstract : Nowadays, the rational use of ICTs encourages the development of cross-curricular competencies: it allows both professional training to be carried out in an appropriate ICT environment, which will encourage the learning of several disciplines in order to develop skills intellectual. Indeed, digital has a strong economic and societal spin-off due to the tools they need. It supports, on the one hand, the improvement of the quality of teaching and, on the other hand, the modification of traditional pedagogical practices. We present in this work, some recent results about the experience of the University of continuing education in open learning program distance. Our objective is to continuously improve the quality of training in Algeria by combining a variety of pedagogical approaches and giving priority to new technologies,. Hence, the training provided by the University of continuing education is an excellent way for trying to equip the teaching chain with the integration of TICE in the FOAD paradigm. We will, however, try to answer these questions by illustrating them with examples of the actions carried out within the UFC: What are the different platforms used by the UFC? What training is provided for the training of trainers in online tutoring and courses design?
