Quand les pouvoirs publics favorisent la proximité pour stimuler la créativité du territoire

Abstract : Adopting a comprehensive and explanatory, based on qualitative interviews, the goal of this article is to understand, from the analysis of activities in a creative territory, whether the proximity of actors (as a lever of idea generation) is a myth or a reality, if there is coherence between policy intent and operational.
