Comportement web-to-store, vers une nouvelle logique de contrôle de soi ?

Abstract : This research aims to clarify the controversial issue of the effect of the online purchase preparation on the in-store shopping behavior in a click-and-mortar process. The qualitative study, consisting in making e-terviews with 32 women adopting such a behavior for the purchase of clothes, shows a conscious shopping strategy through a task oriented behavior in the store to keep control (of time and budget) and to deal with commercial actions in the real store.
