THE CHALLENGE OF A MEXICAN SME: Mastering Growth and Preparing the Business Transmission

Résumé

Sanchez Hass is a Mexican family business that has been producing and selling avocados since 1983. Despite the strong competition in this market, the company set a challenging goal of growth, evolving from a small local company in 2005 to a medium-sized company with more than 8 sales outlets in 2014. The implementation of SEAM in the company, aimed at structuring its activities and overcoming the challenges of growth, has been the key factor for setting stability and prosperity in an unstable market, and for preparing the company’s transmission to the next family generation.
