Trends and Challenges for Intellectual Capital

Intellectual capital is a multidisciplinary field involving all professionals related to human activities. After describing some elements of the state of the art, economic and environmental context, this chapter put emphasis on the fact that it is crucial to know what we have to manage. Two techniques are mentioned; the first displays skills and know how of an organization in form of trees to support decision making. This second help matching demands and offers. Finally, we share our vision on the capacities for the future and propose some new measures for intellectual capital.
