Can CSR be standardized Through a Socio-Economic " System wide Sustainable Social responsibility"?

Abstract : The objective of this paper is to propose a generic contingency approach to a standardized CSR through socio-economic approach to management. The paper draws on a specific approach to management research referred to as " qualimetrics intervention-research". The outcome of the research is to propose an innovative approach to CSR which consists in a "Socially Responsible Capitalism". The proposed approach to socially responsible capitalism is not an utopia: the paper presents hands-on management tools and concepts which have been experimented in over 1,400 companies in 34 countries.
