Improvements from intraorganizational synchronization to interorganizational monitoring of stakeholders. Intervention-Research in a space layout consulting and engineering company

This paper presents an ongoing case of socio-economic intervention-research conducted by an ISEOR interveners-researchers team in a space layout consulting and engineering company since October 2012. The first part presents the intervention and the diagnoses results. The second part covers the project intervention and the first ensuing results through the implementation of the improvement solutions and the appropriation of tools for SEAM. Finally, the third part explains the links between our team intervention-research and my doctoral research in management science addressing practical cooperation in the building industry.
