Les coachs, ni muets ni inactifs face à la dimension critique de leur travail !

Abstract : While the role of business coaching in organizations has recently been questioned, this article demonstrates that French coaches are far from remaining silent or inactive within this discussion. In fact, these practitioners identify two major critical dimensions (institutional and individual) that translate into specific behaviors. This study contributes to questioning the intrinsic critical dimension of coaching.
